The packaging is a stylist “Chef briefcase” in which the different parts of the patented invention are displayed:
• Full stainless steel filter with detachable base.
• 3 Interchangeable disks:
o 1. Blind disk (non-perforated): for the finest emulsions, soups and sauces
o 2. Perforated disk of 300 microns with “EMULSIONIZER” engraved by laser.
o 3. Perforated disk of 500 microns with “EMULSIONIZER” engraved by laser for thicker emulsions, soups and sauces.

Emulsionizer® uses the centrifugal emulsion technology that lies down a worldwide granted patent as invention (US 10349771 & US 11730299; CN 104125789; EP 2814362) and a new patent (PCT/EP2022/085316) that will be extended to the US in June 2024. Our first patent has already proven its strength winning in Germany a Patent Infringement trial against the biggest European Supermarket chain.
If we analyze the kitchen tool market, conceptually, functionally, and even from an aesthetical point of view, EMULSIONIZER® is a unique product. The only products that can process scraps and make emulsions would be a table Blender or Kitchen Robot, always in combination with a NutBag or a Colander/Strainer. In fact, this is the way that cooks & chefs do filter food in their kitchen: First they grind with a blender or a robot, and then they filter with a nut bag, a colander or a strainer. It’s a long and messy process that loses one key action: The centrifugal emulsion. If we see the videos, Emulsionizer®, in combination with a immersion blender it grinds, filters and emulsifies in one step, driving an intense emulsion that extracts all the essence from the scraps, nuts, bones, shells, stems, roots, or whatever food you place into the Emulsionizer® filter. The Emulsionizer® filter can be used in its own jar or very importantly, in any pot or casserole that you have in your kitchen. About the interchangeable discs, the disc is the driver of the thickness or finesse, and of the texture of the soup, sauce, beverage, or any of any emulsion that you make with the Emulsionizer®. The thicker that are the holes of the micro-perforated disc, the thicker it will be the texture of the emulsion.
